Ministry of Home Affairs gave permission to conduct final examinations to universities / health institute
All the university got the green signal to conduct the examination, the Home Ministry ordered.
New Delhi:- On Monday, the Home Ministry gave a green signal to the final year and last semester students for the final exam.Which will have exam according to ugc's guide line.Also, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Ministry of Health will also be followed.
Let us tell you that lockdown was implemented in the country from March 25 to control the corona epidemic. Various examinations conducted by universities and other educational institutions of the country were being deferred since March.
Let me tell you, UGC had earlier decided that university year file year examinations should be organized. Students of the first year will be promoted in the second year. They will be given numbers on the basis of internal assessment. Let me tell you, the corona virus cases were expected to be reduced by July 1, which have not happened. Now, apart from students and parents, many state governments are also opposing it.
In view of the fast growing corona virus cases across the country, the University Grants Commission (UGC) today released new guidelines regarding the final year / semester examinations and academic calendar of universities. Till now several states including Bihar, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Haryana have canceled the Higher Education Examination and have decided to promote students based on past demonstrations. Recently, the Gujarat government reversed within a few hours after announcing its decision to conduct the final year examination. On the other hand, Lalit Narayn Mithila University has canceled undergraduate and postgraduate examinations.
